Ham glaze? And pumpkin roll?

Hi guys, I am trying to figure out what to glaze my ham with that I'm making for dinner tonight. I was thinking of using some of my light orange juice and mixing it with just a little brown sugar (hoping that won't cause any issues? 1/2 cup or so for a whole ham?) And, if anyone has a low-sugar pumpkin roll recipe to share, that would be great! I made a low-sugar one a few years back but now I can't find the recipe!! Thanks!!!

I have no idea how to glaze a ham, but I found slpenda brown sugar today! Maybe you can subsitute that. I dont do orange juice per my docs instructions, I would use cranbery juice or pinaple juice.

I get cranberry honey mustard in the gourmet section of my grocery store and mix it with a 1/4 of splenda brown sugar, then slather it over the ham and cover with foil to bake... It is super tasty and loved by all in my family... Alesia

Hi Jen, Last year I was a couple weeks out and I glazed my ham with the brown Splenda and orange juice. It was delicious. I am gonna do it again, don't want to dump tomorrow.
