Looking for SF Tofu Pumpkin Pie

I'd like to help you with this...First I need to understand why you want the tofu, is it a sub for milk/dairy products or is it just to get more protein in?
If you have found a tofu pumpkin pie recipe you like already and it is just not sf, splenda is supposed to work as a 1 for 1 substitute for regular sugar, but I find I need a little more splenda to make stuff sweet enough now (my taste buds changed) so I sub 1 1/2 to 1

Splenda makes a brown sugar, which is a blend...Sorry don't know any acceptable substitutions for the molassas -
I have found at 17 months out, I can eat a small amount of real sugar (less than 10 grams in a serving) and I do not have problems...If you can tolerate a small amount of regular sugar also, you might try these substitutions and go for the one using tofu...
