I'm making my MIL a SF cheesecake for her birthday this weekend, and need a good recipe for a graham craker crust. Anyone have one?? Thanks a bunch. Jan

Graham Crackers have more sugar than I want to eat by the time they're crushed up and concentrated, but I have used a package of sugar free shortbread cookies, crushed up, mix with butter or margarine, it's really good, kind of high calorie but very good tasting. You could use any kind of cookies......Good luck! Erika

Try Sugar free ginger snaps and crush them to make a crust.

When I need a graham crust I use half grahams and half nuts ground really finely! It works well and I dont' get nearly the amount of sugars as I would if it was all grahams. I usually use cashews and almonds ground very fine and then 4 grahams ground finely! It's so good with PB pie!

Keebler markets a low sugar graham crust package. I think only 3 grams sugar. I mix splenda and real unsalted butter to make a real good tasting cheesecake crust.
