Zip-Lock omelet recipe?

I was on one of the other boards and a zip-lock omelet recipe was discussed. Someone asked for the recipe there, but no one responded yet. Does anyone know how to do these? Can they be frozen? Thanks!

We do these in girl scouts. It's just a fun way to cook eggs. -You put your eggs and other ingredients (ham, cheese, green onions, etc) in a quart sized freezer bag. -Squeeze out the air and zip of the bag. -Squish the ingredients in the bag to mix -Toss the bag into a pot of boiling water and coo****il the eggs are done. I never thought about freezing them, but I suppose you could. I would freeze them after they were cooked. Suzanne
