Sugar free cocoa
Peaches, I recently found this one which I am going to use for Christmas presents. I am just planning on subbing Splenda for the confectioner's sugar. You can also buy Big Train LoCarb Hot Chocolate mix. It's really great and I think you might be able to get it at www.bariatriceating.com.
Raspberry Cocoa Mix in a Jar
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup non-dairy creamer powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 packets unsweetened raspberry Kool-Aid
5 1/2 cups instant dry milk powder
Sift together the confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder, non-dairy creamer, salt and Kool-Aid into a large bowl. Stir in the milk powder. Pour into pint jars, close tightly. Yields about 9 cups prepared cocoa.
Attach the following instructions on a gift tag:
Raspberry Cocoa
Put 3 tablespoons mix into a cup and add ho****er. Stir.
Sugar-Free Hot Cocoa Mix (With Splenda)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup powdered fat free non-dairy coffee creamer
2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
27 (1 g) packets Splenda or 13 1/2 spoons of the granular splenda (I use 18 spoonfulls)
Combine all ingredients (sift for a finer mix).
Store in an airtight container.
Add 1/4 cup mix and boiling water to a large mug.
Stir to dissolve.
Try using coffee instead of water for a great mocha treat!
