One of my favorites!!!!! Beef Skewers with Peanut Dipping Sauce

Prep Time: 15 min Total Time: 1 hr 21 min Makes: 12 servings, 2 skewers and 1 Tbsp. sauce each 3/4 lb. beef top round steak, cut across the grain into 24 thin strips 1/2 cup fat free Italian Dressing, divided 1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts 3 Tbsp. water 1 Tbsp. lime juice 1 Tbsp. soy sauce pinch of ground red pepper (cayenne) 8 small mushrooms 1/2 of a small red pepper, cut into 8 (2-inch) pieces 8 green onion pieces (2 inch) Place steak strips in small resalable plastic bag. Add 1/4 cup of the dressing; seal bag. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate. Meanwhile, place remaining 1/4 cup dressing, the peanuts, water, lime juice, soy sauce and ground red pepper in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove steak strips from marinade; discard marinade. Thread steak strips, mushrooms, peppers and green onions onto 24 wooden skewers. (You should have 1 steak strip and 1 vegetable piece on each skewer.) Grill skewers 5 to 6 min. or until steak is cooked through, turning occasionally. Soy sauce, low sodium 1 tsp. SPLENDA® Granular 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter 1/8 tsp. sesame oil 1. In a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, combine green beans and broth granules. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, slice white bulbs of scallions into rings and mince garlic. 3. In small bowl, combine ginger, soy sauce and SPLENDA® Granular. Add scallion rings and garlic. Set aside. 4. Remove green beans from microwave and uncover. Pour sauce over beans and stir. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes. 5. Stir in peanut butter and sesame oil until sauce coats the beans and serve immediately.
