Hi guys. I really need to know a cheap protein powder I can bake with and then I need an oatmeal cookie recipe I can put the protein powder in that is sugar free. Or can I just substitute splenda for sugar and add protein powder? Meh. Please help! And no peanut butter oatmeal recipes. Hate peanut butter. Thx

I haven't baked with it yet,but I do use Body Fortress Premium Whey Protein Powder. It costs about $12 at Wal-mart and some Targets, and it's not bad. Hope that helps!

With whatever Whey or Soy Isolate protein powder you have on hand. BREAD OR MUFFINS 1/2 c melted butter 2 large eggs 1/3 cup + 2Tblsp 2%milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla MIX THOROUGHLY 1 cup unflavored Whey Protein Powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt (optional) Bake 325 for 25 - 30 minutes - in a lightly buttered loaf pan Bake 325 for 10 minutes in muffin papers, only fill 1/2 full. Contains more than 140g of protein and less than 24 grams of carbs per recipe. Option 2 Use chocolate protein powder instead of unflavored Use 1/3 cup milk 2 TBSP chocolate s/f syrup everything else is the same. Its good with a cup of hot herbal or not tea or coffee.
