Chicken Stew
2-3 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 can veg-al, drained
1 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook chicken breast in enough water to cover chicken adding a smidge of salt. (You will season soup before cooking), reserving broth. In a med size sauce pan, Shredd Chicken into bite size pieces, add veg-al and cream of chicken soup. Add enough chicken broth to get soup to desired consistancy. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on med -low for 30 - 40 minutes or until hot throughout. If you like more veggies, use two cans of veg-al. Sorry, no stats on this recipe. This recipe is great on a cool day! Doubles easy!
