Cream Cheese Bars

Hope someone enjoys these Cream Cheese Bars 2 pkg. Of 8 crescent rolls 2 8 oz. Pkg. Low fat cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg 1 cup Splenda ½ cup cinnamon/Splenda sugar Press 1 package of rolls into lightly greased 9x 13 pan. Mix 16 oz crème cheese 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg yolk ( save egg white) and 1 cup Splenda. Spread over rolls. Press remaining rolls over top of crème cheese mixture. Brush beaten egg white on top and sprinkle cinn/sugar mixture on top. Bake at 375 for 20-30 min. For those of you who can have sugar you can use regular sugar instead of Splenda.

I have made these for years (with sugar instead of splenda). They are delicious! As a matter of fact, I made them the other day for my co-workers and didn't have a bite! Now, I'll have to try them with splenda and have a taste! Thanks! Susan

I made these the other day with an extra tsp of vanilla and they were wonderful! Everyone in my house enjoyed them and we all thought they tasted very similar to a cheese danish! Yummy
