Chocolate Breakfast Puff
This is not mine originally and I would love to be able to give credit where it is due but I can't remember where I got this. I also have adapted it to increase the protein to meet my protein needs.
In a microwave container:
3 oz fat free cream cheese (Softened)
1 lg egg
2 T liquid flavoring (I use chocolate Davinci)
1 scoop of protein powder (I use chocolate)
Add the remaining ingredients
Blend with a mixer (I use a hand held stick blender for my convince)
Place in the microwave for 1 minute and 70 seconds at power level 8 (or 80)
Keep an eye on it; it is done when the outside is firm and the middle soft (soupy). You will have to adjust cooking time based on your own likes and dislikes and your microwave.
Calories - 274; from fat (I believe) 8; Carbohydrates - 12; and protein - 38
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. It is very adaptable you can change the chocolate flavoring for salsa; apple your imagination is the limit.
