I know this sounds weird, but many many years ago, I was on, I think, the Nutrisystem Diet and they had a recipe for tofu where you basically blended it (I think it was the firm variety) in a blender with Crystal Light drink mix (use however much you like to taste). It made sort of a fruity yogurt/pudding type thing. A little on the chalky side, but all in all, not bad. GREAT source of protein.

I think that you can use tofu in any dish..you can always use it in place of meat. You can you silken (super soft) as a cream cheese substitute in cheesecake, dips, spreads. The super firm is the best kind for grilling/marinating/etc. It is kind of like chicken..in itself it doesn't have a lot of flavor, but it absorbs other flavors very well.

DH and I soak tofu (extra firm) in a marinade for a few hours. Take the tofu squares and dip into egg whites then cover in breadcrumbs. DH then fries them up in olive oil. It's so yummy!
