I just posted about the banana pudding squares. I added the nutritional value of the origional ingredients but substituted splenda instead of sugar. Is there any place I can go to put in ingredients to get the actual value ??? Sandy

I've just fit the ingredients into Fitday and then divided it by the servings. if you use Fitday on a regular bases, just enter it on a day that you do not write down what you eat and either keep it or delete the individual items off the day. I'll then put a serving size and name the customized food to keep it for the future. Just Google - Fitday and down load the free program until you want to fork over the full price. Think the free progarm does not have all the foods listed like the full version but enter just what you have and want. Any questions - write. Robert, from northern Iowa.
