I made this tonight, just made it up: 3 talipia filets, laid out in a casserole dish mix 1c orange juice, some garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and a few pinches of curry together and pour over the fish. bake at 400 deg. for about 10-15 minutes. Moist and tasty!
