Hi Michelle, I have been reviewing your recipes and they all sound absolutely delicious! My husband, Thomas, had his gastric bypass on July 25th and he is doing quite well to my surprise. Although he is quite sick of the liquid diet..lol..who wouldn't? I was attempting to locate some good recipes when I stumbled across all of yours. I have two questions. First, I noticed your surgery was in April, how long was it before you were able to eat the foods in your recipes? Second, after cooking and/or baking your meals, do you puree/blend them before you eat? Any comments and suggestions would greatly be appreciated as we both are new to this drastic life change. Thank you for your time, Rhonda G. PS - you look absolutely wonderful :-)
