Italian Pot Roast ( CROCKPOT)

ITALIAN POT ROAST 1 lbs boneless round roast, i used bottom round rump roast and I used a bigger piece, depends on ur family 1 medium onion, sliced 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 8oz cans no salt tomato sauce .7 oz pkg dry Italian salad dressing mix 1 cup fat free beef stock ( feel free to tweak recipe to your liking, i did to make for bigger roast) Slice roast in quarters for even cooking and to distributed flavors well ( I didn't, i just jabbed some holes in it) cover with sliced onions in small bowl combine remaining ingredients, pour over meat & onions cook on high for 3 hrs or on high for 30 mins then switch to low for 4 or until meat is tender then shred meat and serve with sauce over mashed potatoes! STATS PER SER 100 cals 25 from fat 3 ttl fat 720 sodium 8 carb 5 sugar 12 protien
