TURKEY ROAST 2lbs very lean or fat free ground turkey 2 TBS poultry seasoning 2 slices bread, cubed ( am sure you could sub wheat bread too) 1 egg Combine all ingredients form into a round or oval ( according to shape of ur crock) and place in cooker Cook 6-7 hrs on low. remove from cooker and allow to sit for 15 mins before slicing and serving serve along steam veggies Additions to add to mix to add some flavor 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 green or red pepper, finely chopped 6oz of fresh mushrooms , sliced 1/2 cp low sodium bbq sauce , or your low sugar homeade recipe 1/2 cup low salt ketchup 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 can 98% fat free mushroom soup STATS PER SER ( before additions) 120 cals 15 from fat 2 ttl fat 85 sodium 3 carb 0 sugar 23 protien
