LOW carb pasta

Hey guys when i eat pasta i try to make sure its lowcarb pasta. I went to www.netrition.com and ordered Dreamfields pasta. If you want some info on it try this site. http://www.dreamfieldsfoods.com/pasta-nutrition.html This is excellent pasta by the way. I have tried the spaghetti, rotini, rigatoni, linquini and elbow. They are all good. The secret is NOT to over cook it. If you overcook it then it reverts to the high carb pasta.
