CH****N & VEGGIE CASSEROLE 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts halved 2 cups potatoes, peeled and quartered 3-4 carrots peeled and cut into chunks 1 onion , chopped 1 rib of celery, chopped 1 cup frozen lima beans 1 1/3 cups of water ( could prob use fat free chicken stock for more flavor) 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 10 3/4 oz can of cream of chicken soup ( also could use the 98% fat free) Rinse chicken. pat dry. place in cooker Add potatoes, carrotsm onion, celery, beans water , salt and pepper pour soup over all of it cook 3-4 hrs on low STATS: Per serving 190 cal 35 from fat 4 ttl fat 500 sodium 20 carb 4 sugar 17 protien Now remember if you tweak it some of the stats will change
