I have tons of crock recipes and i thought I would share them with everyone. I find food from the crockpot to be tender and easier to eat. So enjoy, I will be posting ALOT..lol SLOW COOKED ITALIAN CHICKEN 3 lbs boneless , skinless chicken breasts, cut in pieces 1pkg dry italian dressing mix 10 3/4 oz can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup 4 - oz can of mushrooms, drained 8oz fat free sour cream or fat free yogurt ( i used sor cream in mine) Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix Italian Dressing Mix,soup, and mushrooms. Stir into chicken. Cook for6-8 hrs on low Remove chicken with slotted spoon, place in covered dish. Combine juices with sour cream or yogurt, cover and heat till warm. When ready tp serve, place chicken on bed of rice or noodles, spoon sauce over it. I ate it w/o the rice or noodles and it was so delicious!

Thank you so much for these recipes!! I am transitioning off "mush" into real food, and these sound awesome!! Plus, as a school teacher, I love making it in the morning, which is my best time, and then having to do very little when I come dragging in. (I am not quite 4 weeks post op, and have pulled muscles in my back and side from a fall). Thanks again!
