HELP... Low carb coffee cake recipes????

Good day, all. I was wondering if any of your wonderful people have any low carb or sugar free coffee cake recipes. I would be more than interested in something containing blueberries or apple, and most of all, just plain good old coffee cake. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Michele

SUGAR FREE COFFEE CAKE 1 c. carrots, grated fine 1 c. butter 3 lg. eggs 1/2 c. chopped nuts, your choice 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 c. water 3 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. raisins; optional 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. chopped dates 1/2 c. coconut; optional Cream together first 5 ingredients. Add vanilla and water. Add rest of ingredients. Spoon batter into 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread batter evenly in pan, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out clean You can use bananas in place of carrots to make banana cake or chopped apples to make apple nut cake
