Baked Haddock 4 4 ounce haddock filets 1/2 cup fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon onion, dried 1 16 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained 1 tablespoon parsley, dried Place fish in shallow dish. Combine lime juice, onion, tomatoes and parsley. Pour mixture on top of fish. Bake uncovered at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes. 4 servings. Calories: 149, Total Fat: 3g, Fiber: 1g
