Hot Onion Soufflé

Hot Onion Soufflé 16 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise 2 cups sweet onion, finely chopped 2 cups Parmesan cheese, finely grated Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl; blend. Stir in onion and Parmesan cheese. Spoon into a baking dish. Bake at 425° F. for 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with assorted party crackers. Makes 16 to 20 servings.
