Sesame Green Beans and Pepper 1 pound fresh green beans 1 medium size red bell pepper, cut in 1/4 inch strips 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 1 teaspoon sesame oil Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper and toss with remaining ingredients. 4 servings.
