Fry firm tofu in sesame oil. I buy the "tofu steak" it's seasoned and quite tasty. Good tofu is in the refridgerator section of an Asian grocery.Once it's done frying, just set aside, it's fine at room temp or warm, whatever. For the greens use either mixed field greens or if you're early out and can't have lettuce, try wilted baby spinach leaves. Add orange slices and red onion slices to the greens. If you're going w/ wilted spinach, then just carmelize some onions if you wish instead and skip the oranges. For the dressing: zest of one orange juice of 1/2 orange 3 Tblsp Miso (whatever kind you like-its in the refridgerator section of the asian market) 1 Tblsp garlic chili sauce (or other heat, like siracha sauce) or to taste salt & pepper to taste While your tofu is frying off, arrange your salad on plate, top with however many pieces of tofu you wish, drizzel with dressing. One table spoon of that dressing should be about 1 gram of protien. Plus whatever protien count your tofu has.
