Mexican Pork Chops
Salt, Pepper and Flour pork chops and brown in a little oil, remove chops to a platter and add a little flour to the drippings in the pan, stir until brown, add 1 to 2 cans of Rotel Tomato and Chiles (regular stewed tomatoes can be used instead of Rotel), stir and add chops back to pan.... simmer on low for about 40 minutes... serve with rice or pasta.... YUM!
