looking for a recipe

i am looking for a recipe. it doesnt have to be wls related. its with shortbread type crust with pudding. and whipped cream not sure what its called but its like on a sheet pan. we had it at a fureral dinner. any help...... thanks..

HI Anita, Not sure if this is what you are looking for. I have made this many times. My favorite pudding flavor is pistachio or butterschotch. Chocolate is really good to. Better than Robert Redford Cake 1 c. chopped nuts(pecans) 1 c. flour 1 stick butter or margarine 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 cup sugar 1 lg. container cool whip 5.9 oz instant pudding ( any flavor ) 3 c. milk Mix nuts, flour and butter and spread in bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of the cool whip and spread over the cooled crust. Mix pkg. of instant pudding with 3 c. milk and spream over cream mixture. Top with the remaining cool whip and chill. Serves 10-12. Hope this is the right one. Enjoy! I bet this could be modified to be more wls friendly. I think I have seen where you can crush sugar free cookies with the nuts for the crust. Lynn
