looking for specific jello recipe

Ever have jello gelatin with the layer of white stuff on the top? How do I make that? It's cool whip, cream cheese something????

I have one that uses one large box of sugar-free jello made to the instructions. Then I take half of it and add a large block of cream cheese, 1 t. vanilla or other flavoring, 2-3 T. Splenda and whirl it up in the blender. You can put either the plain or the creamy jello on the bottom of the bowl and let it set up. Keep the other stuff out on the counter, so that it does not set up. Once the first layer is hard, pour the other liquid on top. Let it set. I then spread some cool whip on the top of that.

Sometimes I just use 1 cup of the jello liquid in the cream cheese mixture for more of a cheesecakey feel and taste.
