Greek Salad
5 tomatoes, sliced
1 clove garlic, cut
1 seedless cucumber, diced
3 scallions, sliced
16 Greek olives, rinsed
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
fresh ground black pepper
dried oregano for garnish
Place the tomatoes in a salad bowl that has been rubbed with the cut garlic.
Add the cucumber, peppers, onions, olives and feta.
Sprinkle with the olive oil, vinegar and pepper over the salad. Stir thoroughly.
Top with oregano.
Serve cold.
