Thick-It® Pureed Peaches
Serving Size = #10 Scoop
Ingredients 4 Servings 8 Servings 16 Servings 32 Servings
Canned Peaches 2 cups 1 qt. 2 qts. 1 gal.
Thick-It Instant Food Thickener 4 tsp. 2 Tbsp & 2 Tsp. 5 Tbsp. & 1 Tsp. 1/2 c & 3 Tbsp.
Directions
1. Drain fruit, reserving liquid. 5. Add remaining Thick-It Instant Food Thickener and puree.
2. Place fruit in food processor and puree. 6. Add remaining liquid and puree until moist mashed potato consistency is achieved.
3. Add half of Thick-It Instant Food Thickener and puree well. 7. Chill to 40 degrees F and hold at or under 40 degrees F for service.
4. Add half of reserved liquid and puree well.
NOTE: Amount of liquid may need to be adjusted to achieve desired consistency.

Thick-It Instant Food Thickener 1/4 cup 1/2 cup 1 cup 2 cups
Granulated Sugar 1-2 Tbsp. 2-4 Tbsp. 6 Tbsp. 3/4 cups
Directions
1. Place fruit in food processor and puree. 3. Chill to 40 degrees F and hold at or under 40 degrees F for service.
2. Add Thick-It Instant Food Thickener and sugar. Puree well. 4. Serve plain or with whipped cream or pureed cottage cheese.
NOTE: If needed, add water or juice to achieve desired consistency.

Canned Green Beans 2 cups 1 qt. 2 qts. 1 gal.
Softened Margarine 2 Tbsp. 1/2 stick 1 stick 2 sticks
Thick-It Instant Food Thickener 4 tsp. 2 Tbsp & 2 Tsp. 5 Tbsp. & 1 Tsp. 1/2 c & 3 Tbsp.
Directions

Chicken Broth 1 1/4 cup 2 1/2 cups 5 cups 2 1/2 qts.
Directions
1. Place cooked chicken in food processor
and puree. 6. Add remaining broth and puree until a moist mashed potato consistency is achieved.
2. Add half of the Thick-It Instant Food Thickener and puree well. 7. Heat to 165 degrees F and hold at or above 140 degrees F for service.
3. Add half of the chicken broth and puree well. 8. Shape to simulate a chicken leg or breast.
4. Add remaining Thick-It Instant Food Thickener and puree well. 9. Serve with gravy or sauce.
