Turkey and Cranberry Puree

Turkey and Cranberry Puree 1 slice cooked turkey 1/4 cup canned cranberry sauce water Place turkey in a blender or food processor. Blend with water (one tablespoon at a time) so it becomes a smooth liquid. Cranberry sauce will thicken the turkey and water blend. Blend in cranberry sauce to desired consistency. You may need more than 1/4 cup to make it thicker than a puree.

Pureed Peas Servings: 2 1 c Fresh peas 1 ts Sweet butter cooking water (about 8 teaspoons) Boil or steam peas for 7 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain and puree in your food processor or blender with some of the steam water until very smooth. Remove from the blender and mash with butter. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers in ice cube trays. Makes 2-8 servings
