#2 hamburger
2 large eggs
1 swig of worechestershire sauce
2 pieces of low carb bread broken into very small pieces
(or blended into bread crumbs in blender)
1 can tomato soup
2 T onion powder
1 t garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
topping:
1 1/2 cups Ketchup
1/3 cup splenda granular
Mix Hamburger, eggs, worechestershire, bread, soup, seasonings. Mix well. Shape into loaf and bake in a greased pan for 22 minutes on High in a microwave that rotates. Or in oven at 375 for 1 hr. Last five minutes Mix Ketchup and splenda and pour on meatloaf.
