Apple and Pork Puree

Apple and Pork Puree 6 oz (180 g) Unboned, lean pork 6 oz (180 g) Potatoes 6 oz (180 g) Turnip 1/4 Onion 1/4 Apple 1 1/4 cup Water 1 pinch Sage Cut pork in small pieces and remove excess fat. Peel and cut veggies into 1/2 inch cubes. Peel apple, remove heart and cut into small dices. Place everything in a saucepan and let simmer until everything is well cooked. Place in blender and freeze in cubes.
