  Happy Saturday everyone!
So I weighed in at 210lbs. It is been so long since I have seen under 200lbst and I am so excited. I know this is a pretty big milestone for most people. I know it will be for me.
I would like to hear your stories of crossing that barrier and if anyone had any specific trouble getting past it or if you struggled with hovering there. I think it might be a kind of 'state of mind' so to speak. I think it means something other than just being a number the scale reads out. It seems to be a popular goal.
What do you think about it?

I know that this time is hard. And you should definitely consult with your nutritionist like Stephanie said. You should have been informed and or asked about your after surgery diet. It concerns me that you are too focused on eating things you did before your surgery. Its best to make a plan for a healthy diet. Not the foods you ate previously that made you gain weight in the first place. I am begging you to consult your nutritionist PLEASE
I don't want you to think you can never have a treat. But this time should be focused on the healthy food plan you will need to stick to for the rest of your life.
Didn't your dr. discuss any of this with you??

Sounds like you are either still irritated from the over-fill or still need more removed...any better today?

What were the dietary instructions your doc/nutritionist gave you?  Follow them exactly...good luck!

I doubt your dr would think you are a pest. If you are unable to eat and keep properly hydrated you need to tell your dr again and again until he listens. I can't say as to if there is something else wrong. I would definitely call the dr today since its friday and you don't want to go through the weekend with pain.
God Bless and I hope you feel better soon!

Hello I am hoping for some help. I have a port leak and will have it replaced and relocated at the end of the month. I was refilled the other day and unfortunately overfilled and was bubbling for the last 24 hours. Very uncomfortable and I was dehydrating. Dr removes some fill and it got better. However I still have to take really small sips and even thin smooth food seems hard to go down and still hurts. Causes me to hic-up a lot very scared something else is wrong and fearful to call Dr I feel like such a pest. Could I just be very irritated from the overfill. Has this happened to anyone else. Thanks for anyone's help.

Topic: FRIDAY GRATEFUL POST
  Good Morning Everyone,

Hope everyone is ready for a amazing weekend.   As everyone knows...this is a grateful post.   We ALL have so very much in our lives to be grateful for.     I know I am overflowing with grateful things lately.    If your thinking well....I have nothing to be grateful for....you are NOT being truthful.    Afterall....you are awake.....looking at a computer ( you should be grateful for that )....you woke up this AM....you are alive and I assume breathing too.   LOL   Today I am grateful for my 26 yr. old's fiancee.   She is 60 days sober from marijuana use today.   She started using at 10 yrs old and used for 13 yrs.    I am SO proud of her and proud of my 26 yr. old being drug free.   He is now coming up on his year of soberity from heron among many other drugs.    Thank GOD he is clean and sober now.   Please keep them both in your prayers that they will remain sober.   PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today.   Have a safe and blessed weekend.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

Is today a day to gather strength from the storm -
a day to to learn life lessons for the next battle?
Or is today a day to sit by the fire
and watch the storm rage outside?
Either way, the storm is just life.
Give thanks for all of Life.

   Good Morning Everyone,

I see the weekend peeking over the horizon.   Can't believe it is almost upon us again.     Today I am grateful that I woke up feeling good.   I didn't feel like myself yesterday...don't know WHO I felt like....LOL  but just didn't feel right.   I attribute it to the Benidryl that I took in the early AM for the itching.   Thank GOD that is gone.   I hope it doesn't ever happen again.    I think I along with may others take feeling good for granted.    After yesterday I won't do that again.    I am so thankful to feel good and have energy today and not want to lay and sleep.   PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a blessed day !!!

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian
