Topic: FRIDAY GRATEFUL POST
Morning Everyone,
Well....the weekend is now upon us. Hope everyone has a exciting one planned. I have been up watching the Royal Wedding in England. Beautiful couple !!! We ALL have so many things to be grateful for. No matter how large......or how small it may be. Some of the things that we seriously take for granted....such as the sun coming up and maybe even getting a good nights sleep and waking refreshed. Some never have that happen to them. This is a post to remind us of all the things in our lives that we should be grateful for on a daily basis. PLEASE feel free to share with us what you grateful for today. Here are a few of the things that I am grateful for today. Grateful for......
Waking to a beautiful day,
My Life and Health,
My WLS and all the available choices for WLS,
For my Faith and prayers that God has answered in my life,
For my Family and friends.
For my precious fur babies,
For my home and car and my husband's job,
For my mental and physical health,
For good food choices and a healthier diet since my WLS,
For being able to move and walk normally,
For Obesity Help and all the wonderful message boards,
For the upcoming OH Conference Sept. 9-10 in New Orleans, La. That should be a awesome conference.
For you who post to this daily !!!

Sometimes success requires persistence and hard work. Sometimes an ingenious new approach is needed. Or it may be time for a whole new beginning. Think, and choose wisely whether to try harder or to try something new.

You'll be fine. Just pick yourself up and go out for a walk. Get an extra pair of sneakers for work, and get out of the office for some air a few times a week. It can work miracles. Nothing's going to happen overnight, so just take it slowly.
Maybe joining WW may help you keep on track.
Good luck!

The pictures really look different and you look great, I am really getting scared again , but then I see a story like yours an I get excited. I may have to take some of the posts with me to the hospital for reassurance. Keep up the good work and take care.
Topic: RE: Hair loss - How bad is it
Hi Tom, Just got in from work and this website is the first thing I check on, and I love your sense of humor although I think this wig would have way to many curls for you. I really hope I don't need it, but it does make things a little better when we can have a few laughs about it. Take care.

I was so worried I was going to lose all of my band fluid today because I have been too tight for months, which has resulted in PBing & throwing up, sometimes violently. I was also worried that I may have stretched my stomach and changed the band's positioning.
Only 1cc came out today, and everything looks good - pouch and placement....so the plan now is to give my grouchie pouchie a rest by starting over to basics, and focusing on keeping solid proteins down. I'll start getting small increments of fluid in about 4 wks to find the right restriction.
I really dreaded today's appointment, but now that's it's done, I'm glad I went! Looking forward to not having to worry about having a problem when I'm eating with people who don't know about my surgery (which is just about everyone!).
