MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE FOR TODAY

  I normally do NOT comment on my Motivational quotes.....but this one is SO true.    PLEASE everyone PLAN for tomorrow and don't set yourself up for failure.    Make things that YOU can have....trust me....at EVERY dinner table there will be plenty of "regular fattening" things.     Make something special for you.     I will post some "legal" great desserts later today on the messageboards.    Have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving and don't forget....it is JUST ONE DAY !!!  You CAN get through one day !!!
