This is a reminder that this sunday Oct. 2nd is our monthly support group meeting. The holiday's are coming up quickly so please come and join us for a exciting couple of months of learning how to cope with the challenges that the holiday's bring to us all. Also this is a reminder that we have a monthly clothing exchange. Please if you have any bring clothes....ALL SIZES WELCOME....but please don't bring anything that YOU would NOT WEAR NOW !! We don't want out of style clothes....we want things that will make others feel good about themselves as they shed the pounds. Look forward to seeing you on sunday afternoon.
