A free support group for gastric banding patients presented by Saint Clare's Hospital's Center for Weight Loss Surgery and My Program For Life Topics discussed include post procedure diet, what to expect at the first adjustment, relaxation techniques, exercise strategies, protein requirements, holiday management and other issues of interest to the group. This group meets the 4th Wednesday of every month341lbs start journey weight / 325 lbs surgery day weight
