All,

Is anyone using the Relize My Success website to track their food intake/physical activity. How do you like it? Are you using another website instead? I'm testing out some different sites to see what I like for tracking purposes. Does anyone use another website?

Thank You,

Heather

 Hi Heather,

I use the Realize My Success website to track weight, but that's about it. A lady I work with uses Spark People and likes it a lot. I, personally, prefer to write it down in a journal. There are a lot of apps for the iPhone (and probably others) that are good too. My husband uses Live Strong (I think that's what it's called). Good luck finding your perfect fit!

Realize My Success doesn't work very well on my computer (a Netbook, small screen) so I use fatsecret.com to track food, weight & exercise.  I like it!  I know my husband uses myfitnesspal.com and I also know people who use fitday.com.  There are sooo many options out there.

I use Realize My Success to track my weight, but use the Daily Plate to track my food.

Here are some sights which may be helpful for those who want to track their intake and/or exercise.
