This coming sunday is the day for our monthly meeting LOSE IT 4 LIFE. Our topic this month is "ADDRESS YOUR STRESS". Our meeting is held at Carroll Watkins Driving School in Keller, Tx. The address is 303 N. Main Street right next door to Dollar General. We meet from 3:30 - 4:30. We would love to have you join us.
