Start from your PROFILE page
Go to SETTINGS
For Doctor information: The first tab should be GENERAL - I think you need to check "Allow your profile to be displayed on your surgeons site"
You may also need to go to the MY JOURNEY side tab, and under the Surgery tab add your Surgery and Doctor.
To get a picture to post: go to the AVATAR tab, and you can either "upload" a picture, or you can post the web address to where a picture is located.
