Butterfly618,

Do me a favor, and try to make the negative a positive.

Be proud that when those pants became too tight you (A) refused to go into a bigger size (B) decided enough is enough and (C) refused to go any further.

Have you given yourself credit for that? Do you know how much strength THAT TOOK? What would you have done before? Probably thrown in the towel, wallowed, and eat a box of mallowmars (just a figure of speech).

When I read post like yours, I am PROUD because you can see you’re still fighting the fight. You may have been knocked down onto the canvas, but you’re pulling yourself up rope by rope to get to your feet instead of lying there and being counted out. You Go ROCKY!!!

I know you can do it. And if you’re honest enough with yourself YOU know YOU CAN DO IT too!! Just give yourself the credit you deserve.

HUGS AND KISSES!!

Good Luck on your Journey !!

Tom

How many Rocky sequel were there?  I will keep fighting until I win or I am dead.  Which ever comes first.  Thanks so much for being in my corner.  xoxo

You CAN do it! I have confidence in you! You need confidence in YOU!! I am still on the soft food stage so I do not yet know what it is like to to this in the "real world" of food, but I am aware that it may not be easy. This OH website is a godsend. A friend told me about it and I was reluctant after I got a few negative replies at first but I stuck with it and I am so happy I am here. Everyone is so genuine, so honest and so very supportive. Keep coming back when you need encouragement. I know I do/will! Good luck to you! Remember you are worth it and you CAN do it!
