band and recurrent thrush

Has anyone had recurrent thrush after getting banded? I have and have also kept a CRP of 10 or higher.

I have gotten thrush from a gall bladder surgery a couple of years ago.  I believe I got it from the ventilation tube down the throat during the procedure.  It was really awful, but a standing order for Nystantin did the trick for me.

Just curious if you are also asthmatic?  I had to change inhalers also to find one that didn't make the symptoms worse (like it's not bad enough on its own).
