Any success stories after revision?

I had lap band surgery back in April of 2007 and lost 130lbs, started having reflux issues with fills late 2010 and found out that my band had slipped. I had a revision to my lapband on Christmas 2010 and don't get my first fill till the end of this month. I have gained back 30lbs in just the few short months since the band slipped and revision (keep in mind that this was around the holidays too). But I wanted to see if anyone has been in similar shoes who could share your success or issues.
I lost a lot of weight within the first month with the original band, but I have the realize band now and I've actually gained 8-10lbs this past month. I hope once I get my fill this will change.
