Suggestion for Flu Medicines?

hi all,
anyone have any suggestions for over the counter meds for flu type symptons?
i tried the tylenol cold stuff, but my tummy went wacko.
it has been about 8 days as of tomorrow, that I have been out of commission so maybe doc tomorrow.
But, I have still been going to work....
Maybe not so good, but that is life..
thanks for any suggestions, I am off to walgreens in a bit.

For cold I highly recommend Zicam nose swabs (and this is from a man who hates even putting his finger in his nose), and normal Tylenol tablets.
But I am not a Doctor, nor do I play one on television.
