Had my srugery yesterday, sore and tired
What you are feeling if quite normal. Not only did you go through a major procedure (even if it was minor) you also have the anesthesia to deal with. Some folks feel the effects for a week (or longer in some cases).
Don't rush things. Do your exercises (like walking) to prevent complications. But if/when tired - relax and sleep. And if you have someone at home tending to you - play it up for all it worth ;D !!
Good luck. Hope you feel better .. SOON !!

Ditto what Tom said. By all means keep moving to help the gas they inflated you with to pass but, when your body wants to rest, listen to it! Stay hydrated and pamper yourself for a while.
Good luck on your journey. Keep us posted.

Yes, completely normal. I found myself falling asleep many times a day the first couple weeks. Make sure to get plenty of walking in. Walk around your house, walk to the mailbox and back. Walk around the block. Take is slow and easy, you are healing, but moving is the best thing you can do right now. Also, sip, sip sip water all day long. 64 oz. is the goal!
Best of luck on your journey,

Ok, stay well..Pam
