Hi all!!  Oh yes, I have been a busy bee!! lols....Sorry I haven't had time to come on here lately, but between returning to work and caring for my daughter. It's hard to get a chance to come on here! I am very blessed though....smiles....  It's exactly 54 days since I had my realize Lap band surgery, and I have lost 38 pounds total so far!!! Yippe!!! I can tell in my face, I have slimmed down. Everyone at work tells me the same! I am waiting a lil bit longer before I purchase new uniforms for work, but oh yes they are baggy on me!! But no complaints here...hehe......I am able to lift weights and do my laila ali and sugar ray leonard work out video's everyday! that's about 45 min of cardio and 15 min of weight everyday I am doing, to make sure I tone up and don't have to have that skin removal surgery! plus it's mandatory you exercise to keep up your weight loss with the band and stay healthy ~_~I am proud of myself, I had my first fill on Nov. 8, 2010 and the surgeon put in 5 cc's. She said that is the maximum she could put in for the first fill of my realize band! Fine by me, I have no complaints, steady weight loss, life is good!!!! I am looking forward to my hospital's Christmas Party where I work, on Dec. 2nd, from 6 pm to midnight. Professional DJ,♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫ Karaoke, Dance floor, Catered with Taco bar and an open bar with a professional bartender who is an ex-stripper, his name is apollo, he will be wearing just a bow tie and pants, to show off his muscles for the ladies... Hehehe I can't wait!!! Whoot Whoot!!!! PEace and Love

Congratulations, you loser you!

Enjoy the Christmas party -- it sounds like a blast. It's great to have learned that I don't have to eat everything is sight to have a good time. I went to a bull and oyster roast this past weekend and had a great time while still eating healthy... and no one even noticed or commented -- which was great.
