MONDAY GRATEFUL POST
Morning Everyone,
Hope everyone had a great weekend. I had my support group yesterday and had a really good time. Today I am so very grateful for.........
My WLS and all the WLS available for us to chose which one works for us,
My Family and friends,
Life and health,
My OH Support Group ( support groups are so very important in our journeys),
The cooler weather and the beautiful leaves changing colors,
For sunrises and sunsets....I love looking at the different colors in the sky,
For being almost 5 yrs. post op without any major weight gain,
For my Faith and answered prayers,
For my fur babies,
For Obesity Help and all the wonderful staff memebers that are behind the scenes that do so much,
For all the wonderful people that are on these message boards everyday helping others,
For the upcoming holiday season.
