I am so grateful today for my WLS,
Obesity Help and all the great information that they give us post op and pre op,
My life and health,
Family and friends,
Cooler weather...actually feels like fall here now,
For second chances at a better life without all the excess weight,
For my Faith and answered prayers,
For Support Groups and for the upcoming OH Conference in Houston, Tx, this friday and saturday,
