SO grateful today for.........

My WLS,
Life and health,
Friends and family,
My Faith and answered prayers,
Grateful for being blessed with such a loving and caring family,
For cooler days coming and the beautiful cool mornings that we are now having,
For my precious fur babies who love me unconditionally and are so excited to see me everyday,
For the  upcoming holiday's even though I am not ready for them to happen,
For Obesity Help and all the help that is offered to everyone on this website,
For Support Groups that are so very important in our WL journeys,
For the upcoming OH Conference in Houston next friday and saturday,
