Beautiful outside here in Texas. Nice cool morning too bad the cooler fall weather is not here to stay yet. So grateful today for.......

Family and friends,
My health and life,
My Faith and answered prayers,
For second chances.....so very grateful for them,
For the support and encouragement of others,
For support groups,
For different message boards here on OH,
For Obesity Help and all their wonderful staff,
For the upcoming OH Conference next friday and saturday in Houston, Tx. You can still sign up to go....not too late till it starts !!!
